The portrait - a gateway to the soul
For me, portraits are a gate to the soul of the person who is depicted in it.
Because of this, should you be curious enough to access this page, I would like you to not only view the details.
I would like you to discover the wonders of the world which lays within the eyes or the facial expression, which would otherwise seem prosaic.
They are expressions which you pass by whenever you meet them on the street, at the theatre or on the subway.
All of “the heroes of my portraits”, which I have included here, gave me permission to be photographed, to edit their photos and to turn them into what I hope is a new form of art.
That is why I would like to express my gratitude.
